Job Description:

We're looking for a Founding Sales Partner who thrives in the wild. This is a contract-to-hire position, on-site 3 days per week.


You'll own sales end-to-end: figure out the best channels for customer acquisition, get in front of them (physically or digitally), and build trusted relationships that turn into business.


What you will be doing

  • Initial task will be to review sales channels and build out a playbook
  • Determing CPL and CAC. Need to build repeatable business.
  • In-person events, meetups, conferences. Hand to hand combat
  • When successful in figuring out repeatable business, build and manage sales team
  • Manage the full cycle: from first contact to proposal to close
  • Iterate and optimize sales script

  • Entrepreneurial - you've got the motivation in you to build something huge
  • Relationship-first people trust you, and youre great at asking smart questions
  • Builder youve created sales processes or outbound engines from scratch before
  • Persistence and drive no just means not yet
  • Data-aware you track results and iterate based on what converts
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats sales, strategy, ops, maybe even brand


What Were Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience in a sales role (bonus if in recruitment services or staffing)
  • Experience selling into engineering leadership (CTOs, VPs, Heads of Engineering)
  • Proven track record of generating your own pipeline (not just inbound or referrals)
  • Experience with service-based agency or consulting sales (strong plus)
  • Willingness to attend networking events, conferences, and tech meetups
  • Worked in an early-stage company or love the idea of it (startup DNA required)

Compensation

  • On-target earnings (OTE): $125,000–$175,000
  • 50/50 split between base salary and performance-based commissions
  • Base salary range: $62,500–$87,500, depending on experience
  • Commission is uncapped, with clear performance metrics
